How it works?

You’ll see a confirmation screen and go straight to a short onboarding form (3–5 mins).
Welcome email
You’ll receive a “Welcome to Beyond the Body” email with:
-your onboarding form link (in case you missed it)
-body scan info/booking
-movement analysis instructions
-blood test recommendations (optional to start)
Complete onboarding
Fill the form, choose your preferred Monday start date, and (if ready) upload any recent bloods.
Body scan & movement videos
Book your scan at my studio or if you are not Auckland/NZ based, find an EVOLT scan near you to get your data.
Film some movement patterns (guide + video link provided) for me to analyse before your workout plan is created.
If you can’t do these right away, don’t worry—see step 7.
Plan build (Tue–Wed)
I review your details, movement patterns, body scan, and any blood work to design your fully personalised 16-week training + nutrition plan.
Delivery (Thu–Fri)
Your plan is delivered by Friday:
-workouts loaded into your app
-nutrition plan + simple food framework
-notes on priorities for week one
I’ll email you a quick walkthrough so you know exactly what to do.
No bloods yet? You still start.
We begin with a strong foundation. When your results arrive, I add a targeted analysis and precise nutrition tweaks (e.g., iron, thyroid, glucose balance) so your plan becomes even more tailored.
Start strong (Monday)
You start the following Monday. I’ll check in to make sure the app, exercises, and meals are clear.
